HOW IT WORKS:
Call our offices at 770-477-1337 and talk with a technician to let them know what issues you are having with your equipment. We'll tell you if it is worth sending it to us or if we can just sell you the parts to fix it yourself. We'll give you an authorization number and have you ship it to us with tracking. Once you get tracking email us the information and when it arrives we'll have our shop inspect it and give you an estimate to fix it. Once the authorization is given by email we'll repair it and fully test it. After receiving payment we'll ship it back to you and email you with the tracking information.

We guarantee that the item sent to us and authorized for repair will be fully repaired and functional. All items are tested and videoed for confirmation. Should you have any issues we will stand behind our work. Our goal is to keep a customer for life.
