At American Airless our #1 goal is to get the product you ordered as quickly to you as possible and in one piece. We ship with many carriers on our small items but are very flexible depending on which carrier you prefer. Below you will see our shipping policies for domestic and international shipping. Shipping To The Continental US

American Airless ships via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL with delivery to the lower 48 states of the United States.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of the continental United States will incur additional freight charges. We can ship anywhere in the world with few exceptions. If you have questions or need a shipping quote please call us at 770-477-1337 or email us a customerservice@americanairlessonline.com.

Additional Shipping Information

All items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment has cleared. Any item that is out of stock will be drop shipped or may take and additional 2-3 days to be delivered. If an item is back ordered you will be notified immediately. If you need to expedite the shipping please call us or email us and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Please note that extra charges may apply depending on the service.

Any item with an upgrade in shipping will have to be called or emailed in before 1 P.M eastern standard time. Any order placed after 1 P.M. will be shipped the next business day.

LTL / Truckload Shipping

Any items that are shipped over the road will be shipped by the freight carrier of our choice unless approval is made before the order. Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped. Please note that extra charges may be assessed if the shipment is not the typical dock to dock/business to business shipment. Such fees may include liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, limited access fees and construction site fees. These fees usually start at $95 and can be up to $150. If you do not have a standard delivery then please let us know beforehand. To avoid these fees pickups can be made at most terminals.
